Our scope is to make our products available in any occasion to our consumers, and be the best partner for our clients.

Everyday with more than 1400 people in our sales force we manage relationships with clients, and diffuse our brands in our channels of distribution.
We take care of the activation of the point of purchase, the display of our products, promotions, and negotiations, in order to have our products always available to our consumers and always in consistent with our qualitative standards.
Our sales structure, due to its organization and competencies, represents a model of excellence in Italy and it is considered a source of competitive advantage.
To guarantee this level of excellence, we invest on our sales people through specific trainings and growth and development plans.

The “pillar” of the sales structure is represented by the Market Developer who operates to reach sales targets, through the adequate management of clients through: selling and promotional activities, specific analysis of their needs, the research of specific solutions, the identification of new commercial opportunities and the partnership with clients.

This is a key role to acquire managerial skills and a complete knowledge of the markets where Coca-Cola HBC Italia operates.
Moreover an experience in sales is considered fundamental for the growth within our commercial and trade marketing functions. After a successful experience as a Market Developer, it is possible to cover roles of growing responsibilities such as national client’s management or in the trade marketing structure.
