This scope is reached through the definition of the annual Business Plan that defines the strategies in terms of price, product, promotions and channel.
The Trade Marketing team is also responsible for the development of new products launch, and new business opportunities according to consumers’ needs. Then these activities are translated into action plans for the commercial structure.
