Our aim is to: protect and defend our company’s interests, anticipate possible scenarios; communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders; create strong relations with media, the community, local and national authorities and institutions.

The General Affair Function is made off by:

Public Affairs & Communication that manages the relationships with internal and external audience, developing projects and activities ad hoc, consistent with company’s strategies.
It is responsible of the management of the editorial side of communication tools internal and external. It has frequent contacts with media.
Cooperates with other functions, supporting in specific projects.
Coordinates Company’s activities regarding Corporate Social Responsibility.
Trade Events manages the planning and organizing of events: convention, fairs, manifestations cultural and sportive.
Legal Affairs that guarantees to the company a specific and continuous support regarding law aspects. Supports the business in all activities related to acquisitions.
Guarantees the respect of laws, with a specific attention on consumers’.
